Part Time Admin Assistant

Siamo Group is a rapidly growing recruitment business. We currently have a part time vacancy for an Admin Assistant to be based at our Head Office on Birmingham Business Park.

Working with the HR team, your duties will include:

Referencing, administration of the company pension scheme, producing weekly reports, processing and distributing essential branch information, assisting with the organisation of the company conferences plus a number of other admin duties.

You must have excellent time-management, great attention to detail, good organisational skills and you must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

You will be required to work Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 6-8 hours per day between the hours of 0900 and 1700. Paying £8.50 per hour you can elect to be paid either weekly or monthly.
